Accessible Tourisum Center

At the "Accessible Tourisum Center" located in the arrival lobby on the 1st floor of the International Passenger Terminal Building, we provide information on barrier-free tourist attractions and accommodations to ensure that those in need of assistance can travel comfortably.
Additionally, we offer a paid rental service for wheelchairs and baby strollers, so please feel free to ask if you need assistance, whether you have mobility concerns or are traveling with small children.

Elevators & Escalators

To ensure you can move safely and comfortably throughout the terminal and board your flight, elevators and escalators are available along all routes.
With the exception of a few, you can exit the elevator facing the same direction you entered.
Accessible Toilet

We have installed multi-purpose restrooms designed to ensure that guests with disabilities, elderly guests, and guests with young children can use them with confidence.
Ostomy Toilet
We have installed ostomy-friendly facilities in our accessible restrooms to ensure that ostomy patients can use them with confidence (excluding some accessible restrooms in the domestic terminal).

Drop-off and Pick-up point for customers with disabilities

We have installed a boarding area to ensure that guests with physical disabilities can safely get in and out of the vehicle.
Accessible parking space

We have designated parking spaces to ensure that guests with disabilities, elderly guests, and pregnant guests can safely get in and out of their vehicles.

Assistance dog toilets

To ensure that passengers traveling with service dogs can use the airport with peace of mind and comfort, we have installed service dog restrooms in the green space near the domestic terminal.
Wheelchair lending service (Exclusively for in-building use)
Wheelchairs are available for use inside the Domestic Terminal. If you would like to use one, please ask at the Information Desk in the center of the first floor.
Please note that wheelchairs for boarding and deplaning are provided by the airlines. For more details, please see "Assistance with Boarding Provided by Airlines."
